Group 1 – Consistently will make morning lifts and afterschool workouts

Group 2 – After school practices only unless signed up for volt

VOLT Workout Group Members – An invitation email will be sent out this week to sign up and begin 3 workouts per week

IN-PERSON LIFTING – GROUP #1 ONLY * Doors Lock at 6:35am* (Please don’t be late!)

MONDAY/WED/FRI:

CHECK-IN 6:15AM-6:30am

WORKOUT: 6:30AM – 7:15am

IN-PERSON WORKOUTS – GROUP #1. MAIN GYM / GROUP #2. AUX GYM

MONDAY/THURSDAY

CHECK-IN: 3:00 – 3:15PM

WORKOUTS: 3:15 – 4:30PM

First lift is tomorrow, Wednesday September, 9th & First after school workout is Thursday, September 10th

Important to Note: * After school practice could be cancelled anytime if Fall sports need gym due to adverse weather*
