Girls Basketball · Fall Girls Basketball Workouts


Welcome back to another fantastic school year! Basketball season is just 102 days away.

We will begin our fall workouts on Monday, August 26. Workouts will be offered 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday until tryouts in November. Our workout times will vary based on gym availability and some days may only include weight room workouts. For those athletes who are participating in a fall sport, we look forward to seeing them after their commitment to that program.

Our first week of workouts will be as follows:

Monday, August 26: 3:00-4:00
Tuesday, August 27: 5:30-7:00
Wednesday, August 28: 3:00-4:00
Thursday, August 29: 5:30-7:00
