Warriors News · B Strong Ride (George Karl) Cancer Bike Race Volunteer Information / Time Sensitive!

Boy’s Basketball Families,

We will once again be volunteering for the “B Strong Ride (ex-Nuggets Coach George Karl) Cancer Bike Race in Boulder.  In exchange for our services this organization donates $400 to our program.  This is one of the most pleasant volunteer opportunities we do all year as we mostly pull full trash bags, look for loose trash, and help with cleanup at the day’s conclusion.  Also, there is always a live “funk” band along with many tents that offer all workers free food and drinks.  I believe last year they offered food from Oskar Blues as well as several other local Boulder/Longmont restaurants.  We will need 12 players or parents to volunteer from 11am – 5pm and we are offering two shifts.  You can either sign up to work 11-2 or 2-5.  If you weren’t able to volunteer last year this would be a great opportunity to help out.

Please sign-up HERE on the google spreadsheet asap so we are not scrambling as we near the date.
