IMPORTANT REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT INFORMATION!
I know last week we discussed how your parents were suppose to register and enroll their athletes at Empire and I told you they did not need to put a credit card on file – THIS IS NOT CORRECT. A CREDIT CARD IS INITIALLY REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT. See explanation below:
*Our iClass system does not allow us to pick and choose which classes require a credit card to be on file, meaning it is hard set for all classes to require a credit card to be on file initially.
*For Frederick – please tell parents that they do need to place a credit card on file to successfully enroll their athlete, but no charges will be made and all credit card information will be deleted by Empire after their enrollment. 
I attached the Parent Information Registration & Enrollment Sheet.Registration & Enrollment will open on May 22nd and will need to be completed by all parents prior to June 1st.

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT EMPIRE ATHLETICS
STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR ATHLETE OR UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORM ATION
NEW to Empire Athletics? If so, you must create an account. If your child is a RETURNING athlete to Empire Athletics, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! Rather, please log into your account and make sure all your account information is up-to-date and filled out in its entirety.
STEP 2: ENROLL YOUR ATHLETE IN THEIR SPECIFIC HIGH SCHOOL CLASS
After you register your child and/or update all required information, the NEXT STEP is to enroll your child in their specific team class.
REGISTRATION: MAY 22, 2018 – JUNE 1ST, 2018

1. Visit our website at www.empireathletic.com
2. Click on REGISTER located in the center of our Home page.
3. You will be directed to another webpage called the Parent Portal. Here you will completely fill out this page with your current information and click “Create Account” at the bottom of the page.

ENROLLM ENT: OPENS May 22nd 
To enroll in a specific High School Class:
Log into account via the Parent Portal or by clicking SIGN IN located in the center of our Home page.

  1. Select Find a Class
  2. Select Team Training- High School under the Programs Tab
  3. Choose your child’s specific High School
  4. Complete required information

ALL NEW and RETURNING athletes will be allowed to practice at Empire Athletics once ALL account information is thoroughly completed. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • ALL Personal Information for both the athlete and the party RESPONSIBLE for payment
    Acknowledgment of Liability and Medical Waivers
  • Complete and up-to-date Medical Form – this is required for all EA athletes although it says “Optional”
  • Current Credit/Debit Card information to have on file for payments (we do not take American Express)
