Frederick High School has found the new leader of the volleyball program. Suzanne Robison, current FHS PE teacher and assistant girls basketball coach, will take the reins of the Warrior Volleyball program.
Coach Robison will move in to her new position immediately and is expected to get started right away with hiring of her staff and setting up open gyms for the spring and arranging camp dates for the summer. She is a familiar face for most of the girls in the program and will be able to interact with her players daily while in the classrooms and hallways of FHS. She comes in to the position after coaching several sports extensively over the last several years. A career highlight to date was the establishment of the sports programs for Twin Peak Charter School in Longmont, where she served as the school’s initial Athletic Director and served as head coach as well.
Players should expect to meet their new head coach formally in an after-school meeting shortly after the return from spring break.
