Game Recap

The Frederick Warriors basketball team extended their winning streak to three with a huge win over the Roosevelt Roughriders on senior night. After a tough first half the team caught fire down the stretch, scoring 26 points in the fourth quarter. Seniors Avery Elkins & JJ Campos lead the Warriors in scoring, dropping in 19 & 17 points, respectively. Also stepping up big-time was freshman Jacob Green. He provided offensive rebounding, quality defense, steady overall play, and 8 second half points to help lead the comeback. A big thanks to all the fans that came and supported us at home throughout the season! Playoff selections and seedings will be chosen on Sunday, February 19th and with the win the Warriors are still in the mix. Frederick has one regular season game left, which is on Friday, 7PM @ Skyline HS. Go Warriors!!
