Meet Recap

The Frederick Warriors hosted this years 4A Regional Wrestling Tournament. The Warriors finished in 10 place with 56 points. One Warrior punched his ticket to next weeks State Tournament taking 1st place in the regional tournament. Jake Longstreth (195) finished 4-0 to bring home the gold. Two Warriors did place 6th. Cruz Jiminez (113) went 2-3 and Michael Castro (220) went 3-3 to place 6th. The wrestlers who competed in the Regional Tournament but came up short: Jonah Gardner (106) 1-2, Gabe Carrillo (120) 1-2, Cole Hoffman (126) 1-2, Jonah Sanders (132) 1-2, Juan Rivera (138) 2-2, Victor Rangel (145) 2-2, Trey O’Dell (152) 1-2, and Darian Berg (182) 1-2.
